Position Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and define project requirements, develop project briefs and statements of work

  • Manage freelancers, collect estimates, and provide project quotes

  • Provide end-to-end project management

  • Comfortable using Project Management and support software such as ApolloHQ, Slack, Quickbooks, etc

  • Work closely with design and development teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements

  • Communicate with the client through kick-off to project close

  • Create project plans, monitor and modify project schedules and manage resource plans

  • Maintain document control, logs, task assignment lists

  • Develop and review project status and reports

  • Handle all support related inquires and assign tasks to teams

  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

  • Communicate regularly with remote colleagues

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Digital Project Manager

  • Agency experience is a plus

  • Superb written and verbal communications skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task

  • Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Desired Qualifications:

  • Indigenous cultural knowledge and sensitivity considered an asset.

  • PMP Certification is considered a plus. Or equivalent work experience.

  • French basic spoken and written skills considered an asset.
