Project Description
Challenge
LAB was looking to refresh their branding as their work was expanding across Canada and they wanted to appeal to more communities than their West Coast centric brand was allowing. They also needed to update how they provided online training documentation, complex information, and staff access to the website. It had to serve as a full repository for constantly updated data and changing news.
Solution
Our team worked from the ground up with LAB, interviewing staff members, conducting national engagement sessions and spending significant time with their teams to gain a thorough understanding of their processes, content, and delivery systems. Ultimately our solutions were successfully executed as a new brand and website along with a resource library and app for their most important documentation.
DDP made recommendations and provided creative execution for content revisions, videography/photography, user experience, accessibility, and programming, all with careful consideration to the Indigenous communities they work with across Canada.
Outcome
The new brand highlights the coast-to-coast work of LAB and is a useable system that functions well on all print and digital materials. It lets both clients and staff know that materials have come from their communication and training teams, and provides a unified look that is easy to implement.
