What they needed

The ArQuives is the largest 2SLGBTQIA+ archive in the world. They collect a stunning spectrum of art, objects, newspapers, and research materials, all of which help celebrate and preserve diverse viewpoints and stories. Now, they wanted to make their collection more available for everyone to enjoy. That meant reimagining their website to be both visually engaging and easy to navigate between their events, exhibitions, and store.

How we helped

We brought their vision to life, with a colourful, dynamic website and newsletter that showcase their artifacts and events. Their new site is now fully accessible and responsive, which helps welcome visitors of all sorts—and makes their work more accessible for all.

“As a queer partner at our firm and with several staff being a part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, it was important for us to create a beautiful, accessible and functional website for the ArQuives and the amazing work that they do in preserving and publicly sharing queer and trans culture. We were honoured to work with the ArQuives and to help support one of the worlds largest LGBTQ2+ archives.“
