Ownership
The Indigenous Communications Toolkit (the “Guide”) is the intellectual property of Design de Plume Inc. By purchasing or accessing the Guide, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

License Types
Free Preview:
- Provided for informational purposes only.
- May not be copied, adapted, or distributed.
Personal License:- Grants one individual a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Guide.
- May not be shared with or transferred to another individual.
- Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing (digital or physical) is strictly prohibited.
Organizational License:- Grants a single organization a non-exclusive license to distribute and use the Guide internally among its staff.
- The Guide may not be shared with individuals outside of the licensed organization.
- Public distribution (including but not limited to posting on websites, social media, or client-facing platforms) is prohibited.

Restrictions
The Guide may not be sold, sublicensed, or redistributed outside the terms of your purchased license.
You may not create derivative works that copy or substantially replicate the Guide’s content without written permission from Design de Plume Inc.

Termination
Violation of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your license. Design de Plume Inc. reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use.

Updates and Revisions
Design de Plume Inc. may update or revise the Guide at any time. Updates are not guaranteed to be provided to all past purchasers unless otherwise stated.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
