Storytelling

LifeWorks’ internet-based cognitive behavioural therapy (iCBT) program is tailored specifically for First Nations and Métis people.

With years of experience providing employee assistance and wellbeing solutions, LifeWorks came to us with a product they were confident in but unsure of how to market to potential Indigenous clients. Looking to broaden their appeal, they sought our help designing a culturally-sensitive campaign to promote their digital cognitive behavioural therapy platform to Indigenous governments and institutions.

How we helped

Building off of LifeWorks’ brand system with original graphics and illustrations, we produced a range of culturally-authentic, representative campaign materials including a prospectus, factsheet, and sales decks, as well as storyboarding and producing a digital video ad for LifeWorks’ social channels.

LifeWorks is working on developing a similar program for Inuit people in collaboration with Inuit partners and community members.

Making a difference

Total wellbeing means not just care for the mind, but support for the spirit. Our culturally-sensitive campaign helped define the value of online mental health care to Indigenous employers.

The materials you prepared helped us push a significant launch and we were able to use them to secure a couple significant Canadian employers as clients for the program. They’ve been continually used since.
