It’s never too early to start learning about Indigenous culture and history.

DDP Graphic Designer Lauren Polchies designed fun downloadable colouring pages for your family to enjoy for Easter and Earth Day.

The Easter colouring page showcases a basket filled with decorated Easter eggs that symbolize different Indigenous groups from across Turtle Island. The designs include a five-petal Métis flower, traditional Inuit tattoo patterns, a West Coast-style bear paw, a Plains-inspired geometric pattern, and an Eastern double curve motif. An additional egg, placed outside the basket, features the DDP feather logo.

Our Earth Day colouring page is inspired by the concept of Turtle Island. The turtle is shown gliding through the Milky Way, evoking both the vastness of the galaxy and the movement of flowing water. On its back rests a vibrant landscape of mountains, trees, fields, and water, with the sun and moon following along its journey.
